Tour Details

Rubi Valley is a remarkable, off-the-beaten-path destination nestled in the northern reaches of Dhading district, within Nepal’s Bagmati Province. Far from crowded trekking circuits, this area offers a pristine Himalayan experience defined by its dramatic landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and peaceful rural life. The valley is framed by the majestic Ganesh Himal range, where vibrant rhododendron and pine forests give way to alpine meadows, hidden hot springs, and secluded high passes like Pangsang (around 3,850 m).

Along the trail, trekkers pass through traditional Tamang and Gurung villages, such as Tipling, Sertung, and Borang, where local hospitality thrives and ancient customs remain part of everyday life. Guests can bathe in natural hot springs, explore waterfalls and ponds, and enjoy sweeping panoramas of snow-capped peaks including Ganesh, Langtang, Annapurna, and Manaslu. With few teahouses and limited infrastructure, Rubi Valley offers a raw, immersive experience perfect for travelers who value nature, and cultural authenticity over commercial trail routes.
