FLY IN–DRIVE OUT WITH NAMTSO LAKE AND EVEREST BASE CAMP

Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and then transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for personal activities.

Visit Shri Pashupatinath Temple, Budhanilkantha Temple (Shri Narayan Temple) and Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple). The evening is free for shopping and personal activities.

After breakfast transfer to Kathmandu International airport, Fly 1 hour and 5mminutes to Lhasa. Arrival received with Khada and Tibetan hospitality. Drive about 1 hours by Vehicle. Check into the (tourist level hotel).

Begin your exploration of Lhasa, visiting iconic landmarks such as the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple and Norbulingka.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Namtso Lake (4720m), one of Tibet’s five most picturesque lakes. Return to Lhasa in the evening and visit Barkhor Street.

Journey from Lhasa to Shigatse is one of the most mesmerizing, about 6 hours train journey on the Roof of the World, only one SILKROAD train journey in the world. Travel about 270km taking 5 to 6 hours. Check into the hotel and after visit TashiLhunpo Monastery in Shigatse. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Drive to Tingri, covering approximately 240km in 5 to 6 hours. Check into a tourist hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring Tingri and the Everest National Park area.

After breakfast, drive to TashiZom (60Km- 2 hours). This is the place to change the vehicle for Rongbuk and Everest Base Camp (5150m). Drive to Rongbuk-50Km and further drive to Everest Base camp 30 km by local ecological coach in SIC basis. Explore Everest Base Camp and Drive back to Rongbuk or Batsum.

Drive from Rongbuk/ Batsum to Nyalam or Kerung, covering approximately 340km in 7 hours. Check into the hotel and overnight stay.

After breakfast, exit the border and drive back to Kathmandu.

After breakfast, our team will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight.
