Itinerary

Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu (1,337 m)

Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu. In the evening, attend a short briefing about your trek.

Day 02Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (827 m) - 6 hours

After breakfast, begin a scenic drive to Pokhara, the beautiful lake city and gateway to the Annapurna region. The journey takes around 6–7 hours, following the Trishuli River through winding hills, terraced fields, and small villages. Upon arrival, you can stroll around Phewa Lake, admire reflections of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain), and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the lakeside town.

Day 03Drive to Nayapul and Trek to Tikhedhunga (1540m) - 5 hours

Drive about 1.30 hours to Nayapul. Manage load for porters and start to trek, Lunch around Birethanti or Syauli Bazar. Continue trek to Tikhedhunga..

Day 04Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2,860 m) - 6 hours

After breakfast, ascend gently passing through Ulleri (2070m) and Banthanti (Magar villages). On the way, see the majestic view of Machhapuchhre (6997m), Huinchuli (6441m), and Annapurna South (7219m).

Day 05Morning hike to Poonhill and trek to Tadapani (2,721m) - 6 hours

Early morning one and half hours hike to Poon Hill to catch the sunrise over the Himalayan chain of peaks, walk leads uphill through nice forest setting with alluring scenery, on reaching at Poon Hill with time to marvel the sunrise over an array of snow-clad mountains. After a fantastic time on top of Poonhill, head down to Ghorepani for breakfast and continue trek to Tadapani with scenic climb to Deurali and downhill with short up to Tadapani.

Day 06Trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong (2,170 m) – 6 hours

From Tadapani trek leads downhill through enchanting forest of Rhododendron, Pines and Oaks tree lines to reach a small village of Ghurjong near Kimrong river valley, further the path steep uphill for few hours all the way to the top of Chomrong village, a short downhill to the last permanent Gurung village and the gateway to Annapurna Sanctuary and Base Camp trekking.

Day 07Trek from Chhomrong to Dovan (2,600 m) - 6 hours

Today’s trek leads to a short downhill over the terraced farm fields to the Chomrong river. Crossing the bridge and ascend uphill for an hour to Sinuwa Danda, a small spot with few lodges offering great views of the surrounding landscapes and rolling green hills. Further trek through dense cool forest of Rhododendron and Oak to reach Bamboo, located aside of Modi River. Trek gradual up trail for an hour to reach to Dovan, a place encapsulated inside forest and gorge of Modi River.

Day 08Trek from Dovan to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m) via Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700 m) - 7 hours

The trek trail becomes fresher and the flow of cool air can be felt around the Annapurna Sanctuary, proceed the gradual winding path with gentle ups to Himalaya Hotel near the Hinko Cave, right beneath of Huinchuli Peak. Further trek on the glacier and moraine in the old avalanche area, cross a small bridge near at Deurali. The vegetation and tree lines disappear with only high alpine bushes and shrubs. Pleasant trek following the Modi River upstream with a steep up path reaching Maccahapuchare Base Camp. After a cup of tea/coffee further trek 2 hours on grassy uphill and slope to reach Annapurna Base Camp.

Day 09Trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2,310 m) - 7 hours

After a wonderful morning overlooking views of Annapurna Mountain range. Start trek descending to Bamboo, offering tremendous awesome scenery of snow-capped peaks that encircle around you.

Day 10Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,780 m) – 6 hours

After breakfast, start trek to Jhinu Danda. Follow descend path, lunch around Chhomrong.

Day 11Trek from Jhinu Danda to NayaPul and Drive to Pokhara - 6 hours

After breakfast, trek downhill to Nayapul, where the trek concludes. Drive back to Pokhara and check in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free for rest and relaxation.

Day 12Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,337 m) -6 hours

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu along the same beautiful route following the Trishuli River. Upon arrival, you can rest or do some last-minute shopping in Thamel for souvenirs and handicrafts.

Day 13Departure

After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight.
