Embark on a adventure to the base of the world’s highest peak — Mount Everest (8,848m). This 14-day trek takes you through the heart of the Khumbu region, exploring Sherpa villages, ancient monasteries, and breathtaking mountain landscapes. From the thrilling flight to Lukla to standing at Everest Base Camp and witnessing sunrise from Kala Patthar, this journey offers a perfect blend of challenge, culture, and unforgettable Himalayan views.
Itinerary

Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, there will be a short briefing about the trek and final preparations.

Day 02Fly to Lukla (2,860m) & Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

Take an early morning scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to Everest. Meet your trekking team and begin your walk through beautiful Sherpa villages and rhododendron forests along the Dudh Koshi River. After a gentle hike, reach Phakding, a peaceful riverside village.

Day 03Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Today’s trek takes you through pine forests and across several suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Bridge. After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail climbs steadily to Namche Bazaar, the vibrant trading hub of the Khumbu region.

Day 04Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

A rest and acclimatization day to adjust to the altitude. Take a short hike to Everest View Hotel for spectacular views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Visit the Sherpa Museum or explore the colorful local market before relaxing in the evening.

Day 05Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m)

Follow a scenic trail with views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Descend to the Dudh Koshi River and then climb to Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery, the spiritual center of the Khumbu. The monastery offers peaceful surroundings and panoramic mountain vistas.

Day 06:Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m)

Descend through forests to Deboche and cross the Imja River before a gradual ascent to Dingboche, a charming high-altitude village surrounded by stunning mountain views and stone-walled fields.

Day 07Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Spend the day exploring nearby viewpoints to aid acclimatization. A short hike to Nagarjuna Hill or Chhukung Valley offers striking views of Makalu, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Return to Dingboche and rest for the next day’s higher trek.

Day 08Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m)

The trail climbs gradually along rugged terrain with views of glaciers and snow-capped peaks. Pass the memorials at Thukla dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest before reaching Lobuche, located near the Khumbu Glacier.

Day 09Dingboche to Gorak Shep (5,164m) & Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m)

A thrilling day as you walk along the rocky moraine towards Gorak Shep. After a short rest, continue your hike to Everest Base Camp, the ultimate destination. Stand at the foot of the world’s highest mountain and take in breathtaking glacier views before returning to Gorak Shep.

Day 10Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) & Trek to Pheriche (4,200m)

Start early for a sunrise hike to Kala Patthar, the best viewpoint of Mount Everest and the Khumbu Glacier. Enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime view of the golden peaks before descending to Pheriche for the night.

Day 11Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche, passing rhododendron forests and Sherpa settlements. Enjoy easier walking and beautiful landscapes as you reach Namche Bazaar.

Day 12Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Continue downhill through forests, suspension bridges, and charming villages to reach Lukla. Celebrate the completion of your trek with your team.

Day 13Fly Back to Kathmandu

Take a morning flight to Kathmandu. After check-in, relax, explore the city, or shop for souvenirs. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner.

Day 14Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey.
