Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Kathmandu. In the evening, attend a short briefing about your trek.
After breakfast, begin a scenic drive to Pokhara, the beautiful lake city and gateway to the Annapurna region. The journey takes around 6–7 hours, following the Trishuli River through winding hills, terraced fields, and small villages. Upon arrival, you can stroll around Phewa Lake, admire reflections of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Mountain), and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the lakeside town.
After breakfast, drive for about two hours through scenic countryside to Tikhedhunga, passing Nayapul and Birethanti. From Tikhedhunga, start your trek — a steep climb of stone steps leads up to Ulleri, a traditional Magar village perched on the hillside. The walk may be short but offers an excellent introduction to the terrain and lifestyle of rural Nepal. From Ulleri, you’ll have your first clear glimpse of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli.
After breakfast, begin a steady ascent through rhododendron and oak forests. In spring, these forests bloom with colorful flowers, creating one of the most beautiful trails in the Annapurna region. You’ll pass small teahouses and waterfalls before reaching Ghorepani, a picturesque Magar village famous for its panoramic views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges.
Rise early for a short but rewarding hike to Poon Hill, one of Nepal’s best sunrise viewpoints. Watch as the morning light paints Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I, Machhapuchhre, and Hiunchuli in shades of gold and pink. After enjoying this unforgettable view, return to Ghorepani for breakfast. Then trek through forested ridges and charming villages to reach Tadapani, offering another excellent mountain panorama.
Descend gradually through dense rhododendron forest alive with birds and monkeys. The path opens to the beautiful Ghandruk Village, one of the largest and most culturally rich Gurung settlements in the Annapurna region. Explore its traditional houses, local museum, and learn about the Gurung community — known for their bravery as Gurkha soldiers. The views of Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South from here are spectacular.
After breakfast, take a scenic drive from Ghandruk back to Pokhara, passing through terraced farmlands, rivers, and small rural villages. Upon arrival, relax at your hotel.
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu along the same beautiful route following the Trishuli River. Upon arrival, you can rest or do some last-minute shopping in Thamel for souvenirs and handicrafts.
After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight.
