Kailash Door Darshan from Humla (Lapcha La) is one of the most reliable and easiest ways to have a divine darshan (view) of the holy Mount Kailash and the sacred Lake Mansarovar. This option is specially designed for those who are unable to undertake the Yatra via China (Tibet) but still wish to fulfill their spiritual dream of Kailash darshan.
This route is considered the simplest and most convenient, no documentation hassles, no age restriction and no VISA of China. Just pack up a small bag for a week and fulfil your dream.
The Yatra commences from Lucknow, followed by a 5-hour drive to Nepalgunj for an overnight stay. The next day, you will take a scenic flight to Simikot, and have an acclimatization stay. From there, the journey continues with a two-day drive by private jeep through the beautiful landscapes of Humla.
Upon reaching Lapcha La Pass (4,900 meters), pilgrims are rewarded with super magnificent and divine view of Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar. Additionally, you can witness other sacred peaks and landmarks such as Jatta, Nandi Parvat, Astaparvat (Ashtapad ), and the mystical Rakshas Tal (Rakshesh Lake).

Upon arrival in Lucknow, you will be received by our representative and transfer to Nepalgunj (190 Km, 5hrs). The rest of the day is free for personal activities.
Take a scenic flight from Nepalgunj to Simikot for about 55 minutes. Enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas and the remote Karnali region during the flight. Spend a beautiful day at the small mountain town of Simikot.Rest of the day is free for acclimatization.
Drive from Simikot to the beautiful village at Tumling in the remote Limi Valley. The journey takes about 8 hours by jeep along rugged mountain roads, offering spectacular views of the surrounding Himalayas and traditional villages of the valley. In the evening, you may explore the ancient culture and enchanting landscapes of the Limi Valley with a short walk around the campsite.
Begin an early morning drive 3 hours toward Lapcha-La, the viewpoint for Mount Kailash. From the pass, you will have a magnificent view of Holy Mount Kailash and Sacred Lake Mansarovar across the border in Tibet. Spend some time Perform Puja and Vedic Rituals for a deeper spiritual connection. Afterward, drive back to Tumling village.
Drive back from Tumling to Simikot for around 8 hours through scenic mountain roads of the Limi Valley. Upon arrival, check in to your accommodation near Simikot Airport.
Transfer to Simikot airport and fly from Simikot to Nepalgunj. Upon arrival in Nepalgunj, freshen up at the hotel and continue your journey by road to Lucknow for your further destination.
