The Mount Everest View Trek is one of the short classic trek to the Everest region, ideal for those who wish to view Mt. Everest and other panoramic view of Himalayan ranges but cannot manage to walk all the way to Everest base camp or those not having longer holiday. Everest View Trek leads up to Tengboche where one can observe splendid view of, Mt. Konde, Kusum Kangaroo, Kangteka, Thamserku, Ama-Dablam, Island Peak, Lotsesar, Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Cho-Oyu, Pumori and many other views of great Himalays. Similarlly, one can see cultural and social life of Sherpa Community.

Itinerary

Day 01Kathmandu (1337 m).

Welcome receive from international airport with garland. Transfer, check-in to the hotel, program briefing in the evening.

Day 02Kathmandu Sightseeing

After breakfast, start Kathmandu valley sightseeing including: Pashupatinath temple & Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple). Afternoon, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Evening, welcome traditional dinner with culture dance.

Day 03Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m) to Phakding (2610m)- 4 hours

After breakfast, transfer to domestic airport & fly about 35 minutes to Lukla. After Lunch start trek to Phakding. Overnight stay at Trekker’s Lodge.

Day 04Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440 m) – 6 hours

Trek to Namche Bazar. Overnight stay at Trekker’s Lodge.

Day 05Namche Bazaar to Khumjung village (3780m) – 3 hours

Trek to Khumjung village, passing through Syangboche airport and Everest view hotel. Explore the real Sherpa culture and visit Khumjung Monastery where you can see the skull of Yeti (ancient snowman). Overnight Stay at Trekker’s Lodge.

Day 06Khumjung to Tengboche (3867m) – 6 hours

Trek path passes through beautiful Alpine and Rhododendron Forest. Encounter endogenous animals and birds including Musk Dear, Blue Sheep and Lophophorus. Meet the real Mountain Sherpa People. Tenboche is one of the best viewpoint of the Himalaya Peaks. The Amadablam and Thamserku Mountains are just in front of the Monastery. You can have panoramic close view of Mt. Everest, Lotse, Nuptse, Pumori and Khumbu ranges. Overnight stay at Trekker’s Lodge.
