This triangular pleasure tour links Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan National Park, extending the classic Kathmandu–Pokhara circuit south for jungle activities on the Rapti River. The first days follow the same pattern as our Pokhara tour: Kathmandu, then a drive to Pokhara with sightseeing around Phewa Lake, Davis Falls and Gupteshwor Cave. From Pokhara, the group drives roughly six hours to Chitwan, visiting a Tharu village and watching sunset over the river on arrival. A full day in the park follows, with canoeing on the Rapti River, a jungle walk to the Elephant Breeding Center, a jungle safari, and an evening Tharu cultural dance. The return drive to Kathmandu includes a stop at Swayambhunath Stupa, and the last full day covers the valley’s main Temples: Budhanilkantha, Pashupatinath and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. All meals are included during the two nights in Chitwan. This is an easy-grade tour throughout, combining valley sightseeing, a lake-town stop and a wildlife excursion in one circuit.
