Known as the “Raging River”, the Marsyangdi offers continuous technical rapids below the Annapurna and Manaslu ranges. For experienced rafters; an ideal add-on after the Annapurna Circuit.
The route runs from Ngadi to the confluence near Bhulbhule, with continuous Class IV–V rapids and short calm sections. A pre-trip check of swimming and rafting experience is required, and the guide-to-raft ratio is higher than on easier rivers. Best combined with the end of an Annapurna Circuit trek at Besisahar.
