Nepal’s longest river, flowing through remote canyons and jungle into Bardia National Park. A wilderness expedition with big rapids and excellent beach camps.
Guests fly to Nepalgunj and drive to the put-in on the upper Karnali. The river runs through remote gorges with long Class IV–V rapids, and then slows as it enters the jungle near Bardia National Park, where the trip can end with a wildlife safari. One of the most remote river journeys in Nepal.
