A scenic river trip through deep gorges, past temples and cremation ghats, with sandy beach camps each night. A good finish to treks in the Annapurna or Mustang regions.
The trip starts with a drive from Pokhara to Baglung. Over three days the river passes the confluence temples of Ramdi and Seti Beni, with chances to see langur monkeys and river birds. Camps are on wide sandy beaches, and the take-out connects by road to Pokhara or Chitwan.
